EXAMINATION CELL

Teaching and Evaluation are the two facets of education. Examination cell plays a key role in evaluation part. The Examination cell was headed by the Chief Superintendent of Examinations (Principal) with supporting staff. The Examination Cell is an apex body of the College and monitors the overall conduct of both internal and external examinations within the College. To ensure the smooth conduct of examinations, it distributes examination duties among faculty and staff, organizes rooms and necessary infrastructure. Its additional duties include keeping track of every student's exam results and providing strategies for raising students' performance on various exams.

Objectives:

• Examination Cell circulates all Examination notices received from University to all concerned.
• Examination cell prepares Circulars for students regarding Exam Fee Collection, the last date of fee Collection, modalities of payments of fine etc.
• To improve the quality of examination and evaluation so as to ensure the credibility of the Examination system for the betterment of students.
• To maintain the database of the students for all kind of references.
• To increase the utilization of infrastructure through administering government and non-government examinations and recruitment for the benefit of society.
• To update on the latest developments in automation of the works related to exams.
• The Examination Cell staff addresses grievances of administration, faculty, staff and students on all examination related issues.
